Montana Family Time

Good Morning from the top of the world.  Well, at least it feels that way today.  Oh, remember our two little charges from last night -- you know, Grandpa putting them to bed.  HAHAHAHAHA  Well that didn't last long and Malea was ALL OVER Elena.  Grandpa to the rescue again.  He put the two chairs together and made a snug little bed for Malea.  Yay -- we all go to sleep finally.

When we left the wedding last night, Malea had jammies and a change of clothes in her bag, but no such luck for Elena.  Oh well, after sleeping in her undies, the flower girl dress goes back on and we are off to breakfast.  I know two girls who find the skywalk fascinating.

Okay, so Gammy thinks it's pretty cool too.

On our way to breakfast, we talk with Rhiana and she is at her dad's for a Father's Day breakfast so we drop the girls off there too and then grab a cup of coffee while we wait to pick them all up.  Once we have retrieved everyone, it's back to the house to pack up little girls as their dad is picking them up for the rest of the summer.  Sad times all around.  I so miss these little angels and love every minute we have with them.  Ahem --- so does Grandpa.

With good-byes all around, the girls leave, Rhiana has errands to do, and we are off to Matt's to meet up with family for our last day here.  I haven't been able to spend hardly anytime with his family at all.  I'm not sure if others are coming by, but I just want some time with my son, his wife, and Hyrum and Zyra.   They have taken some funny family videos and Matt wants us to watch one of Becca.  You can tell she is thrilled with this idea.

Yep, that was here reaction.  Now how about mine?  Oh the kids are loving this.  Fun at mom's expense.

Love, love, love this play time together.  I miss it so much.

Lunch is served.  Jen's family is here now as well as Cassie's.  Amanda's group hit the road already this morning as they have a long haul ahead of them.

As usual, Becca has a wonderful lunch for everyone and we have even rescued a few of the leftovers from last night to eat up here.  Oh goodness, there was so much food left.

Rhiana and Kasey drop by to deliver thank you gifts to all attendants and we have a party going on now.

They only stay for a bit as they have a ton to do today -- the honeymoon is not quite yet.  Meanwhile, we move into dessert mode and I have one happy grandpa.  Oh, he does love hot fudge sundaes.

Much to my heart's delight, Matt and Cassie take on Bekah in a soccer cutthroat game.  Yes.  How fun is this?

Ophelia gets put down and things start to get serious.

Hmmm, one down and one about to score.

Oh wait, they are ALL down.  Yes, I have a competitive family.

Game over and it's time to just chill - also to let the other boys who are chomping at the bit to play, have a little fun too.

Ophelia gets her time on the trampoline too although I'm not sure just what she thinks of it.

As I wander through the house to find everyone else.   Of course, the boys are playing with toys.

The whole group moves inside for a little more talk and laughter before the good-byes have to start again.

Games are being played all throughout the house for the remainder of the evening as well as packing for Hyrum and Zyra.  They are returning to Texas with us tomorrow and, yes, I am DANG excited.

It's been a whirlwind for sure but I wouldn't have missed even a minute of this trip.  See ya'll back in Texas.
