We make it to church on time and through Sacrament. Cassie is in Primary so I offer to take Ava for the next hour and we make it about 10 minutes in before she wants out. Okay. I have no issue with that. We head out to the church lawn and settle in. With toys and a diaper to fill, everything goes well and we make it through the next class. Scott comes to find us then and it's off to the house to change that bum.
Sundays are made for quiet and that is the plan today. Everyone else is off for a nap and I settle in with a hand project to work on. No complaints here at all. As the girls wake, the backyard calls once again and we are happy to spend some time there. What an absolutely lovely day and I am thrilled to spend some time outside in an area NOT infested by mosquitos. It's my one big pet peeve in Dallas.
Camera fun while in the sandbox.
Mom is teaching how to make sand castles by getting some of the sand wet and using molds.
Sand in flight.

O takes our her Strider bike that Grandpa bought last birthday and shows me just how good she has gotten on it. Wow. I'm impressed and LOVE that she is using it.
The patio is the perfect size for her to make several laps and not have any issues. Well, almost no issues. She has discovered some tiny ants and it takes a bit of time to convince her that they won't bother her at all.
Ending a calm day with more calm play. Puzzles come out and she does so very well at them. That's it for me. Night ya'll.
All your grandkids are the CUTEST! Of course the older ones are transitioning into lovely & handsome. Love the pictures, always.
