Dallas Blooms - Fourth Sunday

Four weeks in a row and we are back to the overcast skies.  It doesn't deter us from enjoying the beauty and I cannot tell you how absolutely stunning the cherry blossoms are.  Seriously.  I am in awe this year.  Come along with us on our virtual tour of the gardens this week.

If you look to the west, it's a bit brighter out - now you'll know through these pictures which way we are pointing the camera.  The azaleas are really coming on strong now too.

Our weekly view -- remember last week -- today it is deserted.

I'm so glad we are visiting today -- the trees are rapidly losing their blossoms and I would not have wanted to miss this even one little bit.

Again, an empty view of the picnic basket area but look at how it is changing each week, with more and more flowers popping out to give it the color we all crave.

Yes, to answer your question.  The fragrance is divine.

Wow!

Soooo pretty

What a bright yellow -- these were not open last week.

I would love to see his take on this, but he hasn't developed anything yet.

One of these is not like the others.

I am reminded of Japanese lanterns.

Greens, whites, and water.  What could be better?

A little more maple color this week, it's not there yet though.

That's it for this week.  See ya next weekend for round 5.
