Mister has surprised me with a fun date night.
We have tickets for the late performance and haven't been down to Strangeways in quite awhile. I can't truly remember when we were there last, so this is a doubly fun evening. Look at how lovely the place is with all of the candles.
Sticking with cider tonight - it's a green apple and yummy.
Waiting for the program to start - the lights are on again as they reset the room for our group. We managed to sneak in before they were ready.
Lights off again - here we go.
I am loving watching the cellist - he really loves what he is doing and reminds me of Ryan Stiles.
The music is 80's Alternative and although that wasn't really my jam - I am familiar with a few of the bands they share. It's a wonderful evening out and I thank my sweetie for this nice surprise.
After the show - ending the night with a chocolate martini and a walk around the almost empty room -- quite nice.
Time to go - quite the scene out back. They may do this again with a different type of music to highlight. I'm in.
