Dallas Blooms 2023

Dallas Blooms is one of my favorite times of year.  The colors and plantings are just beautiful and heartily looked forward to viewing.  The problem this year is that it has been so very wet and cold.  Even today, the sun is in hiding, but we'll still have a nice walk.

Tulips and daffodils and hyacinth, oh my.

Peacock themes and this will just be fabulous as the season progresses.

The main lawn's bed are just beginning to show up.

ALWAYS a favorite bed for me.  LOVE the pinks and purples together.

Cherry trees just starting -

View of the main lawn from the other end.

More peacocks gracing the property.

These have succulents for the feathers.

Just enjoy each moment.

Water features always make me smile.

Ahhhh, my heart is happy.

I simply adore when water sits on the flowers.

White beds --- so serene.

This is just so cool.

We haven't stopped by the frogs for quite some time.  Always fun.

BUT --- this area really doesn't look so great.  It appears that the new sod put down after the Christmas Village was removed just didn't do well.

Crepe myrtles just getting ready to do their thing.

Isn't this cool?

The walk has just been amazing for our souls.

Still another peacock -

The final colors before leaving.  So, so lovely.
