Dallas Blooms Part 1

Good Morning!  Dallas Blooms at the Arboretum has started and we are off to enjoy.  With all the rain, we're pretty sure it's not in full bloom but next weekend will just be a repeat trip.  It works.

We are right.  The tulips, azaleas, and Japanese Maples are not ready yet.  They are close.  We need another week with some sunshine in it and this place will be absolutely phenomenal.  For now, we have daffodils, violas, blooming cherry trees and many more to enjoy.  Walk along with us.  (Oh, Mister hasn't developed his pictures yet, so you just get mine.  Sorry.)

Love, love, love the cherry blossoms.

Check out the nests in the tops of the cherry trees.  Birds or Squirrels?

Koi (LOVE the gold ones) and a few tulips peeking out.

Palm tree with deep purple berries.  No tag on tree.  Soooo curious.

Moss on rocks -- an all-time favorite.

Hello there.  A lone yellow in a sea of white/orange.

Robin!  We watched each other for quite awhile.  I wish robins would make a stop in our yard more often.

Life finds a way.  This rock has it's own little ecosystem going on.

And that's it.  We'll go back next week.
