Jen called to let us know that Bekah would be in Fort Worth playing soccer today, so Mister and I decide to go spend part of our day with them. It has been awhile since we have been to a game and she is now playing on a U19 team. This is my favorite age to watch - loved it with Matt and Cass as well. It's a hot day - ugh - but other than that we have a good time visiting and watching the field.
After the first game, we went to lunch with Jen and Jon and "the team" for some cool-off time then back to the field for the second game. We have to leave at half-time to go to Mister's Mom and family for a birthday celebration. I have certainly enjoyed this day though --- good to be outside a bit.
