Arboretum and Quinceañera Fashion Show

Keeping with our "on the go" weekend, this morning the Arboretum has an event I am interested in so we are off walking and waiting for it to begin.  I cannot believe that there are azaleas blooming once again.

Every so often we veer off on less-wandered paths and enjoy the beauty that they have to offer.  This fountain always makes me smile.

Sage in full bloom.

Such a contrast.  Are we still in the Arboretum?  Love the lone ranger sticking up.

This coleus is just vibrant and the camera really doesn't do it justice.  Christmas gazebos starting to be built in the background.  So much going on here right now.

I do so love the fall grasses.

WOW, just wow.  Look at those banana trees.

The beginnings of pumpkin alley.

View of the lawn from the Red Maple Rill.

Moisture on leaves always stops me.  Again, cannot ever see it the way my eyes do.

Roses still blooming - so aromatic on this walk.

My fav area.  Love it so much.

Ahhh, now for the main event.  We have found seats inside and are ready for the Quinceanera Fashion Show to begin.  I do love these dresses and cannot wait.  The only issue is that they have way more people here than seating and I hope I will be able to get nice pictures.  On with the show.

At the end, I manage to get the full parade on video.

When we leave the building, an market has been set up outside and as we are looking at the booths, the girls come by once again.  Love, this so much.

Well, that's it for today.  See ya around the Metroplex.
