Franconia Brewing

We took the tour of Franconia Brewing in McKinney and enjoyed the presentation by Cam, the head brewer.  He took us through their process and then afterwards stayed around and answered a ton of questions about the methods and requirements in brewing by following the German Purity Law.  We learned a ton and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting.  Best comment -- "the activity of the yeast can be compared to a pac-man, munching up the starches and then peeing alcohol and farting CO2".  I loved it!!
